£42,000 - £45,000 + pleny of optional overtime

Responsibilities:
- PPM's
- Reactive maintenance
- Tap temperatures
- Filter changes
- Legionella
- A/C units
- Chillers
- Pumps
- BMS
- HVAC systems
- Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 or above in any mechanical discipline (preferred but not essential)
- Proven building services experience
