Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - London & Surrounding Areas.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a reliable and qualified Air Conditioning Engineer.

You will be required to attend various jobs across London including reactive & planned maintenance works to our contract clients including call out response & repair of all types of Air Con enquiries.

Requirements:

• A good understanding of General Building services.

• Ability to efficiently maintain and repair plant/equipment.

• Ability to carry out diagnostic, fault finding.

• To effectively maintain PPM Paperwork.

• To identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements.

• To complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.

• To understand & comply with policies and procedures.

• To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner.

• To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

• To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required.

• To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.

Conditions:

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (on site 8.30am off-site 4.30pm).

• ½ lunch break.

• Be available for call out rota.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as a ‘Air Conditioning Engineer’ minimum 5 years’ experience working on VRV's, splits and multi's experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings is desirable.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent attention to detail is necessary.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) engineering are required.
• FGAS required minimum category 1.
• NVQ level 2 required.
• Must be willing to work at height.
• A good general experience working on site and in occupied premises.
• Generally, IT literate.
• Clear communicator both oral and written.
• A customer focused approach.
