Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer
A leading HVAC hard FM contractor currently has key requirements for a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to cover Commercial Buildings in London and surrounding areas. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamp replacements, FCU's, AHU's and small plumbing repairs
As a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be: -
- Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will service and maintain BMS front end systems
- Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will complete breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will fault find and repair Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Will be on the callout rota which is 1 in 8, 100 retainer and min. 4hrs per callout
- Will be covering Commercial sites within London and surrounding areas
Requirements for the Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer: -
- Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to have experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to have breakdown experience on all Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- To be a genuine commutable distance to London
