E &P Design Manager - London - Permanent -£45,000 - £57,000 Per Annum - Hybrid WorkARM are working with a leading railway infrastructure client, who are winning work on the UK railways and are growing their team. We are looking to recruit a Design Manager within Electrification and Plant to join the team based in London.About You:You will be an engineer with experience within railway and this could be from Electrification and Plant, or electrical or OLE or Overhead Lines or similar.You will have experience of design within this area or those listed above.You may come from a design engineer perspective or assistant design manager level and looking for a step you.You will hold a Full UK driving license.What you will be doing:In this position, you will be responsible for developing schemes through design and pre-construction activities which will be handed over to the delivery teams. You will work closely with Stakeholders, customers, suppliers, design partners, and delivery teams to create solutions that are high quality, within financial targets, and up to customer standards.This position will see you working hybrid with 2 days a week in the office in London and 3 days working from home. Travel to and from the office will be covered for you. You may also need to travel to site on occasion and a company car or allowance is provided with mileage expenses too.The salary for this position is between £45,000 and £57,000. The position comes with the option of either a company car or a car allowance (£6000 pa). The company also offers generous annual leave, pension and private healthcare.
