The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN):

  • Design, implement, and manage identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN).
  • Configure and deploy identity lifecycle management processes such as user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, policies, and roles within SailPoint IDN to enhance access governance.
  • Perform user access reviews, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX).

Privileged Access Management (PAM):

  • Integrate SailPoint IDN with PAM tools (such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust) to centralize and govern privileged account access.
  • Implement controls and best practices for managing privileged accounts and securing access to critical systems.

Identity and Access Management (IAM):

  • Conduct end-to-end IAM assessments to identify gaps in existing identity solutions and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design IAM solutions that meet business and security needs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a SailPoint Engineer with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing identity lifecycle management solutions within SailPoint IDN.
  • Strong understanding of privileged access management tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust) and their integration with IAM solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity governance frameworks, access certifications, and compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical identity management issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified Identity Professional (SCIP), CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE), or similar are highly desirable.
