Duties

  • PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and plumbing installations on site
  • Drainage & flushing
  • Taking BMS readings
  • Fault finding on electrical installations
  • Generator testing
  • Emergency Light Testing
  • Fire Alarm Testing
  • Fixing leaks
  • Replacing faulty pipes
  • Changing/cleaning filters
  • Replacing coils
  • Inspection of VAV/VRV systems

Requirements

  • C&G / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in electrical/mechanical or plumbing (essential)
  • Building services maintenance experience in a commercial office or hospital
  • C&G 18th Edition (desirable)
