Position: Building Services Engineer
Location: Hyde Park area of London
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £42,000 to £44,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position on a static site situated near Hyde Park.
This position will be dealing with the sites planned and reactive maintenance which will include electrical and mechanical maintenance as well as compliance checks and general maintenance.
This is a multi storey site with commercial and domestic dwellings. This engineer will be dealing with all of the commercial maintenance including the communal residential areas.
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial maintenance background. They need to be able to dealing with lighting, ahu maintenance, water testing, plant room maintenance etc.
Requirements
- Strong working background as a building services engineer
- Based in a commutable distance to Hyde Park
- Holding a minimum of a level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification
- Happy to work on a large static site
- Good team player
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- Some out of hours overtime available
- No on call
- Pension
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
