2x Housing Regeneration Programme Leads
- Day Rate: 400 - 450 (negotiable)
- Job Type: Temporary (3 to 6 months)
- Locations: 1x Merton (2 days in office) & 1x National (home working with travel)
We are seeking two experienced Regeneration Programme Leads to manage significant regeneration projects for one of the largest housing associations in the UK. These roles are crucial in supporting the development and delivery of outstanding new neighbourhoods and homes. One position requires presence in Merton for two days a week, while the other is a national role involving home working with necessary travel to locations including Plymouth, Surrey, and Leeds.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage a programme of regeneration projects across specified areas.
- Ensure all projects keep customers fully informed throughout the regeneration process, working closely with residents throughout the process.
- Oversee the buy back, compulsory purchase, and regeneration voids processes to secure vacant possession of properties for commencement of works.
- Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and communication milestones are met.
- Lead customer engagement events and manage ongoing communications with customers throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Provide effective leadership to your team, ensuring regeneration projects are delivered within a positive and performance-focused environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience leading regeneration teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and challenges.
- Strong project and programme management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of housing legislation and its application to regeneration programmes.
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports to management teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and diverse audiences.
- Demonstrable commitment to high-level customer service.
