We are seeking a skilled HVAP (Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning and Plumbing) Technician to join our facilities maintenance team in Docklands East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing various types of HVAC systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues

- Perform repairs or replacements on HVAC components as needed

- Troubleshoot any heating, ventilation, air conditioning or plumbing failures or malfunctions

- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address facility-related issues

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to HVAC work

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an HVAP technician

- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and equipment

- Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC maintenance and repair

City & Guilds Level 2/3 Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical and Mechanical.
