Mobile Maintenance Supervisor- West London - up to £47,000 per annum + Vehicle & Fuel Card

A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for an established building services company. My client is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to be based across a commercial maintenance contract in West London.

The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and hold previous supervisory experience.

The successful candidate will be from a building services background with a wealth of supervisory experience. He or she will be based across a multi-site commercial contract managing a team of mobile engineers.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary paying up to £47,000 per annum + vehicle, Fuel card and annual bonus.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Report directly into the Operations Manager
  • Assist in with the 'day to day' running of the contract when required
  • Assist in the management of all maintenance staff on the contracts
  • Manage agreed KPI and SLA's alongside the manager
  • Arrange specialist sub-contractors
  • Management of all reports/site log books
  • Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits
  • To supervise contracted, PPM, and reactive M&E and fabric maintenance services and additional services when required, in accordance with statutory, legislative, and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure that all maintenance records, and supporting documentation are completed, recorded, or documented appropriately, and filed as necessary to provide and evidence-based platform completion of service delivery to achieve both statutory and non-statutory compliance.
  • Ensure that all performance data relating to the completion of the services is recorded in manual or electronic formats as required.
  • Day to day liaison with customers, and their representatives on matter relating to service delivery and additional works.
  • To identify additional works opportunities and provide input into scope, resourcing, costing, and completion timescales. To support the engineering manager and service desk in the preparation of additional works quotations.
  • Attend client meetings if required

Salary & Package Info

  • Up to £47,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
  • 8am - 4:30pm
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Annual Bonus

Requirements

  • Electrically or mechanically qualified
  • C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 - Essential
  • Live close by to West London to ensure an easy journey to each site
  • You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
  • Attend weekly client meetings
