Project & Maintenance Co-ordinator (1-Year Maternity Cover)
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project & Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our team on a 1-year maternity cover.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule planned and reactive maintenance for subcontractors and operatives.
- Manage property maintenance contracts and renewals.
- Liaise with clients and contractors, handling queries and scheduling access.
- Track job progress, update logs, and keep clients informed.
- Prepare quotations, raise purchase orders, and chase invoices.
- General admin, including updating databases and assisting with small projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance, construction, or property sectors.
- Strong customer service and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
