The Role
As Technical Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the technical operations of the production facility, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to a technical team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the manufacturing processes to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for production and quality.
