This company is a leading player in the construction & development industry, highly regarded for their project solutions. Due to a sustained period of growth and continued delivery on high-scale projects, they now require a construction director to step in and lead their next exciting phase of delivery and development.
In this role you will implement and delivery the company strategy, while also being heavily involved in the design & delivery of a number of key projects. You will play a key role in not only project oversight but through leading and mentoring the design department and construction managers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a construction or technical leadership position and have a valid CSCS card as their will be site work involved.

The role:
- Lead & implement company design and technical strategy
- Oversee design process from concept to completion
- Manage and mentor design & construction teams
- Be primary point of contact for key stakeholders
The person:
- Previous experience in a leadership position
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Design skills - AutoCAD/Revit/BIM
