We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior fee earners at this national firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secretarial support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and organise meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with project management and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the firm.
- Billing and AML checks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years + proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, within professional services .
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
