Campbell Tickell are a multidisciplinary management and recruitment consultancy who are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team.

  • Job Title:Personal Assistant
  • Location:Farringdon
  • Days:5 days Per Week Onsite
  • Salary:£30,000 £35,000 Per Annum
  • Onsite Presence:5 days per week
  • Start Date:As soon as possible.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage diaries, schedule external appointments, and coordinate internal meetings. Oversee logistics for colleagues across multiple locations.
  • Arrange and book travel, including accommodation, and anticipate travel needs to ensure efficient time management.
  • Assist with email and inbox management, streamlining responses based on agreed service levels.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Officer to support project invoicing and expense processing.
  • Handle telephone queries, direct calls, take messages, and welcome office visitors on behalf of individuals.
  • Format various documents (reports, proposals, presentations, contracts), ensuring high-quality version control.
  • Provide front desk reception, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Manage and update project data, ensuring accurate handling, storage, and delivery of hard copies when needed.
  • Attend internal meetings, organise agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on agreed actions.

Previous Experience and Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in designing administrative and data systems.
  • Background in consultancy or recruitment.
  • Proficient in managing large datasets using information software.
  • Experience maintaining websites and professional social media platforms.
  • Strong relationship-building with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in creating clear and visually appealing documents and presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, meeting deadlines and desired outcomes.
