Award winning law firm are looking for an experienced PA to a Director on a 12 month contract. This new role requires an experienced PA/EA to provide high level organisational and administrative assistance in the form of diary management, inbox management, report and documentation production, and general administration.  You will need to be an all rounder with experience ranging from professional communication to producing reports and arranging refreshments.  The role requires a dynamic and forward thinking candidate who has previous experience working in a similar role in a fast paced professional services type environment.  This role is hybrid role with 3 days per week in their City based office and works within the Property and Workplace function so experience in this field would be an advantage. 

Key responsibilities;

  • Manage the Director’s diary, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
  • Be first point of contact and field communication for the Director acting with professionalism on their behalf
  • Liase with stakeholders on a day to day basis using own initiative, prioritising tasks where necessary
  • Prepare and refine documents, reports and presentations for meetings and events
  • Undertake miscellaneous projects as required by the Director

Skills required;

  • Previous experience as a PA/EA in a professional services environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time keeping abilities working well to deadlines and under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Good personal initiative
