We have the pleasure of supporting this dynamic, incredibly successful (impressive!) entrepreneur mainly in the Music /Tech space to support him with his multiple ventures and ensure the smooth running of his high profile private life. A true 360 role where you will support with the basics to in-depth business co-ordination. A great opportunity for someone who thrives in 1:1 immersive roles but wants to also have an office base with a team around on a day to day basis.
Daily scheduling - diaries, meetings, national and international travel and accommodation - business and personal, booking restaurants, making appointments, paying household bills, errands and shopping, gatekeeping and so much more. He has a high profile contact list so you will not be easy fazed by famous/high profile individuals.
Great flexibility, you can WFH when he travels too, he needs someone who will be one step ahead of him, support him in all aspects and in return you will be well respected and rewarded.
Ideally you will come from a PA/EA role where you are used to supporting across private and business duties in your day to day role, preferably from a music, music tech/production, media background or maybe you have worked for an artist. Graduate calibre much preferred. Down to earth, willing, no task is too small mentality with top IT skills is essential.
