Account Director (Media). London, Hybrid Working. £55K.

This thriving digital growth agency are currently seeking an Account Director join their brilliant team of marketers! As Account Director you will collaborate with top talent and work on exciting campaigns for prestigious brands.

They’re looking for proactive people who are confident with setting effective media strategies and plans, and seeing them through to execution with ongoing optimisations for growth. This Account Director will enjoy diving into the details when needed while maintaining a big-picture perspective. You will be sociable people with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities of this Account Director:

  • Spearheading client teams & owning the media marketing strategy - developing effective plans that speak to the client priorities and deliver results.
  • Client relationship management and budget management, planning and forecasting.
  • Leading great teams of marketers to help them deliver brilliant work, develop their skills and progress in their careers, and Presentations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Campaign set-up, management and optimisation in one or more of these areas; Paid Search / Shopping campaigns, Paid social, Programmatic display, Mobile app marketing
  • Be on the pulse with performance, reporting and analysis, proactively generating insights and recommendations
  • Proposing optimisations and ideas for growth/increased efficiencies

Requirements of this Account Director:

  • Media experience within the Entertainment industry a plus, but not necessary.
  • Some experience in other channels or areas of digital (such as CRO, CRM or Analytics).
  • Experience in mobile marketing and mobile attribution.
  • A good understanding of the creative briefing process and creative optimisation.
  • Strategic and planning experience underpinned by solid experience in activation, building effective campaigns.
  • Highly analytical and numerate - preferably with experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
