Account Manager - Senior Account Manager

London (Hybrid)

£35,000-£50,000 DOE

**This role is open from Account Manager up to Senior Account Manager**

I'm currently working with a leading creative comms and PR agency in searching for a brilliant Account Manager with experience in FMCG clients. This agency is known for delivering impactful and strategic campaigns for top brands across various sectors. They're London-based, with the option of hybrid-working available.

As an AM-SAM here, you will manage the delivery of client programmes and integrated campaigns, serving as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring all deadlines and KPIs are achieved. You'll collaborate with your team to develop fresh ideas, uncover opportunities, and deliver impactful results. Strengthening client relationships will be a priority, as well as gaining a comprehensive understanding of their industries and goals. Additionally, you'll contribute to new business pitches and seek ways to expand revenue through existing accounts.

The ideal candidate MUST have experience with FMCG brands and have will have strong experience in corporate and trade PR who's eager to expand their expertise. You'll bring well-rounded communication skills, including media relations, social media management, creative campaign development, client/programme management, and a solid understanding of evaluation and measurement techniques.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role - either as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager
  • Experience in building strong client relationships and providing thoughtful and considered consultancy across client programmes.
  • FMCG client experience
  • Background in PR/Comms

Desirable:

  • Campaign experience, experiential, events etc
