We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for an established private members club located in the heart of Kensington.
The Club is open 7 days a week, and has over 4000 members, mainly from the creative sector, and it is very much a home from home, relaxed feel venue.
The Food & Beverage operation comprises a 45-seat restaurant with private dining facilities, plus a separate members lounge and bar, summer terrace, and 10 bedrooms.
Our client is therefore looking to recruit a finished article, face of the business General Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role of General Manager, gained in multi-outlet, member led or guest focused Food & Beverage operations.
The successful candidate for the role of General Manager will report directly to the club CEO and will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the club, including the management of a team of approximately 60 full and part time staff. This role will also involve working regular evenings and weekends.
This is a very rare opportunity for an experienced General Manager to take over the running of this highly successful members club and play a key role in the future development of the business.
