A Junior Account Executive is required to join a fast-growing SaaS company that is expanding globally. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.Â
The role is remote, but candidates must be based in the UK and willing to travel for occasional in-person meetings.Â

On-Target Earnings (OTE)
£40 000 - £ 75 000 annually (base salary + commission)
Required Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and present tailored product demonstrations.
- Strategic problem-solving mindset and a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot for pipeline management.
- An interest in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Ownership:
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound outreach and marketing-driven campaigns.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Deliver engaging and customised product demonstrations.
- Manage the sales process through to deal closure, providing necessary support and information to clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase client adoption and ROI.
Client Relationship Development:
- Build strong consultative relationships with potential clients to establish trust and credibility.
- Assist with onboarding processes in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to support continuous improvement.
- Sales Operations and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate CRM records to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Share key sales insights and performance data to refine strategies.
