FP&A Manager | Fintech, London based | Salary 70,000 - 80,000 + bonus & benefits.

I am currently partnering with a high growth Fintech looking to bring in a number 2 to the CFO. My client is well funded and looking to continue growing which will include building out the finance team and bringing in more heads. You would have ideally worked in a Fintech previously and you need to be qualified either ACA/ACCA/CIMA.

Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Strategic Business partnering with our international Sales & Marketing teams to track and manage pipeline developments and drive strong company growth.
  • Working effectively and collaboratively with other international teams, to analyse core KPIs and use them to drive company performance.
  • Helping build decision-influencing board & leadership decks, succinctly and powerfully summarising the business' aims and strategy.
  • Supporting in any future financing or exit transactions.
  • Creating and maintaining dynamic Excel models for group-level budgeting & forecasting.
  • Support & ultimately own key processes around management reporting.
  • Working closely with relevant suppliers and sourcing cost-effective new service providers to support the business growth.
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities as may be requested.

I am looking for a dynamic individual, a self-starter, with a can-do attitude, who can operate autonomously, but likewise, enjoys contributing to the team with new ideas or sharing of knowledge - attitude and strong work ethic is key.

If you feel this is the right opportunity for you then please reach out to discuss in more detail.

In our company values we aim for equity at all stages of the recruitment process, please let us know if we can do anything to make the process more accessible to you.
