We are delighted to partner with a leading Lloyd's Syndicate in their search for a Senior Operational Risk Officer. This role involves working closely with the Head of Risk to support key initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited too:
- Oversee the production and review of all regular and ad hoc Operational Risk reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to the Risk Management Committee, Board, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management reporting, utilising risk management systems and data visualisation tools to enhance clarity and insight.
- Manage the Operational Risk identification and assessment process, ensuring continuous visibility of the organisation's risk exposure for both the Risk Management function and senior leadership.
- Define and implement a robust Operational Risk Strategy across the UK and Europe, delivering the annual Operational Risk plan and leading key activities, including thematic reviews on critical risk issues.
