A great opportunity to manage a natural catastrophe risk team for our client, a leading syndicate, where you will oversee exposure analysis, refine risk processes, and enhance Nat Cat risk modelling strategies.

The Role:

  • Monitor and report Nat Cat risk accumulations across business classes.
  • Develop efficient data processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Lead analytics to manage accumulation risks and shape the risk appetite framework.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including underwriters, vendors, and senior management.
  • Manage a team of three and collaborate with outsourced teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience within catastrophe and exposure management (RiskLink, Sequel Impact).
  • Knowledge of natural catastrophe classes, Lloyd's reporting, and portfolio management.
  • Technical skills (Power BI, SQL, Python, or R preferred).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
