Thesuccessfulcandidatewillalsobeheavilyinvolvedinanyprojectworktohelpbestimproveefficiencyforpaymentrelatedprocessesthroughoutthebankingfirm.Thereforesomeexperienceworkingonprojects,improvingpaymentsprocessesorcertainlyunderstandingtheMIreportingwithinthepaymentsfunctioniskey!

ThePaymentsReportingAnalyst(BankingOperations)willprofessionallyactasthepointofcontactforanypaymentrelatedqueriesbothinternallyandexternally,ensuringthatalloutgoingSTPpaymentsareapprovedandreleasedandthatalltransactionsaretobehandledwithinServiceLevelAgreements.

ThePaymentsReportingAnalyst(BankingOperations)willconfidentlycompletedailyreconciliationsofNostroaccounts,ensuringbalancesmeetdailycashflowrequirementsandliaisingwiththeappropriatedeskstoensuresufficientfunding.

ThePaymentsReportingAnalyst(BankingOperations)roleistomaintainpaymentpoliciesandprocedures,preparedataformonthlyandad-hocreporting,andisexpectedtobeheavilyinvolvedinanyprojectrelatedworkintermsofinvestigating,testingandimplementingchangesandpaymentprocessimprovements.
