About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Risk Analyst/Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating various risks across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop and maintain risk registers and other relevant documentation.
Monitor and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate issues as necessary.
Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation plans.
Conduct risk-related training and awareness programs.
Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
Prepare reports and presentations on risk-related matters.
Stay abreast of relevant industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience within Financial Services, Professional Services or the Insurance Industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
