Eames Consulting is currently partnering with a a growing Life and Pensions business on the appointment of a Senior Group Risk Analyst. This role will be based in London and aids the Group Head of Risk and Compliance in driving robust risk and compliance outcomes across the business from a 2nd line perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and sustaining the Group's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, encompassing the Risk Strategy, Risk Appetite, and Risk Policies.
  • Providing guidance and constructive input to local business units to help maintain the ERM and Compliance Frameworks.
  • Facilitating the gathering of inputs and ensuring the timely delivery of the Group's annual ORSA in line with predefined schedules.
  • Producing key risk management and compliance Management Information (MI) for senior leadership and the wider business.
  • Working closely with local business units to monitor regulatory changes and evaluate their potential impact on the group.

Key Requirements:

  • 4 + years experience in risk and compliance within financial services.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong communications skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Substantial experience of developing, implementing and monitoring enterprise risk management frameworks.
