Our client, a leading global insurer, are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Risk Analyst to join their Enterprise Risk team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, CRO, and other key business leaders, to strengthen the risk management framework within the organisation.
The successful candidate will support the development and maintenance of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), perform stress testing, manage Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), and investigate risk events.
Key Responsibilities:-
ORSA Management: Support the production and delivery of the ORSA report, ensuring accurate reflection of the organisation's risk profile and forward-looking assessment.

Risk Management Framework: Contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of the risk management framework, policies, and procedures.

Key Risk Indicators (KRIs): Develop, monitor, and analyse KRIs to provide insights into emerging and existing risks.

Stress Testing: Conduct stress and scenario testing to assess the resilience of the organisation against adverse events.

Risk Events Management: Investigate and analyse risk events, ensuring appropriate actions are taken, root causes identified, and lessons learned.

RCSA Facilitation: Support the facilitation and completion of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), providing challenge and oversight.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, CRO, and other executives, providing valuable insights and challenge on risk matters.

Reporting: Prepare and present reports on key risk exposures, emerging risks, and risk management effectiveness to the Risk Committee and Board.
