In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and assisting in the production of key financial reports and regulatory returns for major financial authorities, including the FCA, PRA, BOE, and EBA. You'll work closely with the Regulatory Reporting Accountant to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial reporting. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of management accounts, financial statements, reconciliations, and key financial analysis tasks. Your keen eye for detail and ability to meet strict deadlines will be invaluable in delivering high-quality reports that drive business decisions.

We are looking to speak with motivated accounting professionals with at least 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution or finance department. While an accounting qualification (or working towards one) is preferred, what will really set you apart is either advanced Excel skills, or even experience with programming languages such as SQL. Strong interpersonal communication, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to automating finance processes are the key qualities our client is looking for.
