- Provide actual and forecast expense data to Actuarial and Capital Management teams to support pricing, reserving, and capital modelling.
- Produce clear, timely reports on expense performance vs. plan, prior years, and strategic objectives, and share key insights with senior leadership.
- Act as a key business partner with cost centre owners to provide timely inputs for business planning and take ownership of final plans.
- Manage cost allocations, investigate discrepancies, and review allocation drivers periodically.
- Be proactive in identifying and implementing improvements to streamline expense reporting and enhance management information.
- A fully qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Strong experience in an Expenses focused role within Insurance
- Demonstrable experience business partnering with senior leadership on behalf of the division
- Energetic, self-motivated and confident in your ability to act as a no.2 within the team.
