Senior Client Analyst - Entitlements & Tax Support – I year interim contract – Central London - £500 per day Umbrella – Hybrid working

Reed Talent Professionals are partnering with a global asset servicing organisation, based in Central London, in the search for an Interim Senior Client Analyst to join the Entitlements and Tax Support team. They are based in the financial district in Liverpool Street and offer hybrid working. 

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days working from home)

This role is crucial in providing operational support to various areas affecting the Group, particularly in implementing projects and initiatives related to Entitlements and Tax functions globally. The ideal candidate will also contribute to crisis management and the analysis of operational issues to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Lead support for Entitlements and Tax projects and programmes, such as creating a Golden Global Corporate Action Event announcement and streamlining platform delivery.
  • Analyse operational issues within the Entitlements and Tax Group to resolve issues, reduce risk, increase efficiency, or increase client satisfaction.
  • Conduct post Go Live business readiness activities linked to project changes, providing support to the business, interpreting issues with IT Developers, and raising Change Requests as needed.
  • Provide proactive processing support for the Entitlements and Tax Group functions during crisis situations, high volume periods, and seasonal peaks.
  • Engage in crisis management, ensuring the stability and continuity of operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Entitlements and Tax within the financial services sector.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and support complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage crisis situations efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the capacity to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial platforms and the ability to streamline processes for better efficiency.
