Community Nurse Ad Hoc Shifts Available
Requirements:
Are you an experienced Community Nurse looking for flexible ad hoc shifts? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in community settings.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with community nursing experience.
- Proficient in wound care, medication administration, and risk assessments.
- Car driver essential for home visits.
- Flexible availability ad hoc shifts as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Your Responsibilities:
Providing specialist community nursing care to patients in their own homes
Managing catheters (male & female) and drains (chest, wound, etc.)
Delivering end-of-life and palliative care with compassion
Wound care & leg dressings, including compression bandaging
Administering injectable medication (e.g., insulin) and managing syringe drivers
Supporting patients with medication administration
