£186-£240per day

April - July 2025, or til July 2026

A highly sought after opportunity has arisen at a brilliant independent school in Redbridge for a Primary Teacher who may be looking to work in a small setting where tailored, in-depth teaching can take place. The Primary Teacher will take over a Year 2 class, covering a maternity leave. The Primary Teacher will work closely with the other Year 1 Teacher in this small one-form entry school and may be required to alternate between both Year 1 and 2.

As well as offering much smaller than average numbers of children per class, and well-equipped and resourced classrooms, the school prides itself on its extra-curricular offering of Sports and well-being, as well as the Arts. There are some wonderful clubs for staff to get involved with and lead.

Such is its size, staff here must be willing to be flexible and adaptable to change. 

The role begins April 2025. Candidates seeking to commit to July 2025, or July 2026 will be considered.

Primary Teachers with outstanding practice are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

The desired Primary Teacher will have;

• Experience of Teaching at Lower Key stage 1 level ideally

• A fully enhanced DBS registered to the update service, along with 2 professional references.
