Long Term Futures are working in partnership with a highly regarded primary school in Westminster, W9, seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Early Years Practitioner to take a key leadership role within their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with experience managing an EYFS setting to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing and high-achieving environment. The successful candidate will oversee the daily running of the Early Years provision, supporting both children and staff to ensure outstanding teaching, learning, and care.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Early Years setting, ensuring high standards of teaching and care
- Support and mentor EYFS staff in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
- Work closely with teachers and senior leaders to enhance pupil progress and wellbeing
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and classroom management
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive learning environment
- Monitor and assess children's development, implementing tailored interventions where necessary
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading an EYFS setting, either as a senior practitioner or room leader
- A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early education
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and positive approach
- A passion for nurturing young learners and supporting their development
