This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing luxury bespoke home furnishings brand that has built an excellent reputation and is looking for new talent to help manage increasing sales. The company is currently hiring a Showroom Operations Executive to support the rising demand for sales growth.

This is a newly created role in a thriving business that is gaining momentum. The Sales Operations Executive will provide day-to-day operational support to ensure that all business touchpoints across e-commerce, retail, and logistics are executed to a high standard and in alignment with the omni-channel strategy.

This role will focus on optimising the user journey by delivering outstanding customer service, utilizing excellent communication and social skills, implementing an effective aftersales care strategy, and providing operational support to the Shoreditch Showroom.

The ideal candidate will be positive and highly proactive. They should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of collaborating effectively with other team members while ensuring that operational procedures and stock control processes are managed efficiently.

Role requirements include:

  • You will be the key point of contact for inbound enquires via email/ WhatsApp/ Facebook/ Instagram
  • Work closely with the team to meet customer expectations and ensuring speedy resolutions of operational queries (missing parcels or items, late shipments, quality issues, returns and exchanges, cancellations etc.).
  • Building great relationships with new and existing clients
  • Following up on leads and outstanding quotes
  • Great attention to detail and high standards
  • Process orders - from generating the order, completion of paperwork, packaging and ensuring all packaging guidelines at met.

The ideal candidate experience includes:

  • Passion for Design & Interiors - You have a natural eye for aesthetics and an appreciation for high-quality design.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills - You can build relationships effortlessly, both in person and online.
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Ideally experience with a bespoke sales process environment
  • Motivated to be part of an exciting growing and collaborative business
  • Experience working across various platforms whether that be online or in person.
