Quest Search & Selection are partnering with an online, B2B news business. The B2B Digital Campaign Manager for their Account Management team to work on client Display, Content, E-mail & Social campaigns amongst other channels.

The roles and responsibilities of B2B Digital Campaign Manager:

  • Being involved in the pre & after sales planning, creation, testing, sign off, and deployment of Campaigns.
  • Building segmented customer groups.
  • Manage A/B testing for email campaigns, managing a programme of testing and improvement across the business.
  • Manage and implement B2B clients' marketing campaigns on a day-to-day basis.
  • Daily contact with clients, to request information, get approvals, etc.
  • Creating client campaign evaluation reports and meeting deadlines.
  • Be able to produce content and imaginary that meet the brand guidelines, best practice, device optimisation as well as being GDPR compliant.
  • Establishing digital campaigns for clients including email, web displays, thought leadership, webinars, white paper and many more.

To be a successful in this B2B Digital Campaign Manager:

  • You must have 2 years' experience within Campaign Management or Advertising Operations in B2B.
  • Open to any background within publication, media, inhouse or agency.
  • Hands on regarding the creative input & design of campaigns (though this will be executed by a design team)
  • Excellent client-facing skills would be ideal.
  • Knowledge in tools such as Mailchimp (Essential) and Riverside (Desirable)
  • Other tools such as GoToWebinar, WordPress, Canva and Notion.
  • Expertise or familiarity within the digital advertising landscape.
  • Proficient in Microsoft platforms & Adobe Suite which will be used daily.
  • Have experience of AB testing and looking at results and evaluation.
  • Creative, innovative and can work in a fast-paced environment.
