In this role, you'll be solely responsible for heading up one of the partner brands within the wider company. You will report directly to the Head of CRM and help to curate and develop these businesses within the fashion industry.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of customer emails and build on the current email strategy to develop an increasingly personalised and automated marketing programme.
  • Liaise with the in-house content team and creative media agency to develop creative assets and email content, ensuring deadlines are hit and processes are met to make sure the plan is delivered to expectations.
  • Adopt best practice techniques to brief, build, proof, test, QA and commission campaigns within the email platform at pace and to a high standard across devices.
  • Analyse and segment different audiences within our email database to better target our communications to deliver first class open rates and engagement levels.
  • Work on increasing the top three tier loyalty segments, increasing active customers and reducing lapsing/lapsed rates.
  • Perform A/B testing and optimisation for campaign and automated emails with analysis on a monthly basis.
  • Regularly review sales reports, along with other data sources including website and email analytics to identify potential email themes and marketing opportunities.

You will have:

  • Previous CRM experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Preferably previous experience in the fashion, retail, beauty or wellness/health industry
  • Proven experience of driving CRM strategy and implementing effective targeted and automated campaigns.
  • Experience in data segmentation and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and commercial understanding
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and reports
  • Excellent relationship building skills with cross-functional teams
