Digital Campaign Manager - Media Publisher - Up to £40K DOEThe Company

Our client is an established digital media company at the forefront of audio and video advertising. With a strong presence across premium publishers and platforms, they connect brands with engaged audiences through innovative, data-driven solutions.

Due to continued success, they are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join their team. This role will suit someone with Ad Ops or Campaign Management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role
  • Managing end-to-end digital ad campaigns across premium audio and video inventory.
  • Optimizing campaigns to maximize performance and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Liaising with internal sales teams and external partners to provide insights and solutions.
  • Handling ad trafficking, troubleshooting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Working with programmatic platforms, DSPs, and ad servers to drive results.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
You
  • 1-3+ years experience in Ad Ops, Campaign Management, or Programmatic Trading.
  • Strong knowledge of ad-serving technologies (e.g., Audioserve/Adswizz, Google Ad Manager, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with DSPs, SSPs, and data-driven ad strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimizations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, juggling multiple campaigns.
