Due to continued success, they are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join their team. This role will suit someone with Ad Ops or Campaign Management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Role- Managing end-to-end digital ad campaigns across premium audio and video inventory.
- Optimizing campaigns to maximize performance and ensure smooth delivery.
- Liaising with internal sales teams and external partners to provide insights and solutions.
- Handling ad trafficking, troubleshooting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Working with programmatic platforms, DSPs, and ad servers to drive results.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- 1-3+ years experience in Ad Ops, Campaign Management, or Programmatic Trading.
- Strong knowledge of ad-serving technologies (e.g., Audioserve/Adswizz, Google Ad Manager, etc.).
- Comfortable working with DSPs, SSPs, and data-driven ad strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimizations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, juggling multiple campaigns.
