Manager, Global Marketing OpsLocation: UK, HolbornLength: End date: 16/01/2026Rate: Up to £218.25 per day (Umbrella £292.24 per day)Hours: 37.5Overview:The Global Marketing Operations team sits within the streaming organization and owns the asset management, stakeholder communication and global distribution of marketing assets. We support our global teams in APAC, EMEA and Latin America as well as our global licensees. We are seeking a manager based in the UK to sit within the local time zones of our EMEA & APAC stakeholders.Responsibilities:Strategic focus:
  • Support the Director to design new global process across different brands of MAX and Discovery+ between Creative teams and Networks, ensuring alignment with regional and local needs and best practices
  • Lead strategic marketing operational initiatives continuously looking to improve efficiencies and workflows
  • Play a lead role in supporting the global teams to deliver new wave of launches in international regions
  • Manage the workflow and partnerships of Local Original Production EMEA and develop process for APAC (2026)
Stakeholder Management:
  • Establish new and existing relationships with key licensees, broadcasters, vendors, and partners of our Marketing Operations team, providing high-level service to those. Specifically, stakeholders in EMEA & INSEAK
  • Collaborate closely with all internal stakeholders in Marketing, Operations, Media Relations and Creative to ensure we are collectively aligned with US and global teams.
Marketing Distribution:
  • Own the global asset management, stakeholder management, timelines, and distribution of an assigned campaign for both MAX & Discovery+ (US & Local Productions) across every asset created for A/V, key art, production stills, social and digital assets
  • Prioritize campaign deliverables and work closely with regions to continually meet the needs of the market as priorities shift in territory
  • Manage a team of coordinators handling end-to-end campaign information across the portfolio of marketing assets
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years global project management experience
  • Flexibility of hours, as you will be working closely with New York based teams. This will include overtime, weekend and holidays when needed
  • Expert knowledge of project management and production workflows in a media landscape
  • Deep understanding of various types of video and digital media
  • Team player and experience managing high volume of projects and prioritizing complex schedules
