About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Media/Biddable Executive to join my client's growing performance marketing team. This role is perfect for a digital marketing professional with 1-2 years of experience, ideally in an agency environment. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive awareness and student applications for their 6 global institutions with campuses across the world. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Paid Search (PPC) and Paid Social campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive high-quality leads.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor budgets, bids, and KPIs to ensure efficiency and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Create and optimise ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets in collaboration with the content and design teams.
  • Report on campaign performance using Excel, GoogleAnalytics, and reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a paid media/biddable role, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong hands on experience in Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and/or Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GoogleAnalytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Experience with budget management and bid strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to stakeholders.

Nice to have skills

  • Experience working with education clients and/or on lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking setups.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how paid and organic search work together.
  • Basic experience with programmatic display or native advertising.

Pay range and compensation package

Up to £35,000pa + Performance Bonus

Location: Central London/City and they run a Hybrid model of 2 days a week in the office
