Are you a highly experienced Senior Producer with a solid background in production and project management? Our client, a top social agency in Central London are looking for someone like you to join them on a freelance basis, working with a talented team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. There is definite permanent potential in this role, as they will look to convert or hire a perm person in the summer! These guys are social to their core, so you and your experience need to be too!

Role Overview:

• Production Leadership: You'll oversee and run key projects, ensuring the smooth operation of production trackers, managing monthly budgets, and maintaining a holistic view of all ongoing projects. While you'll have the opportunity to get hands-on with specific projects, you'll also have a strong focus on keeping the operational side of production running efficiently.

• Project Management Focus: This role leans heavily into project management, so they need someone who can manage multiple moving parts, prioritise effectively, and act as the backbone of production efforts. You'll help shape processes and improve workflow, bringing a calm and structured approach to even the most chaotic situations.

• Collaboration & Culture: The team is growing quickly with a vibrant and supportive culture. You'll be joining a team that values good balance-work hours are reasonable, with 2 days per week expected int he office. The London office is a little bit more start up feel in terms of it's culture, so you must be ok with a less strict process environment and maybe a little more chaos, but the fun chaos, not the stressful kind!

• Growth Opportunity: The right person will also have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role, which will eventually could lead to a Head of Production position. So, this is an excellent chance to leave your mark on an evolving operation.

About You:

• Experience: You've got extensive experience in senior production roles, with a hands-on ability to manage projects, budgets, and people.

• Comfort with Chaos: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to stay on top of things, even when the pressure is on.

• Social & Organic Experience: A strong background in social media and organic content production is a must. We will need to see clear evidence of this in your profile.

• Operational Expertise: You're a strategic thinker who understands the big picture but can also dive into the details when needed. You'll be the key point of contact for the production team and a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
