We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and enthusiastic Night Managerto join our team.
Reporting to the Reception Manager, you represent hotel management at night, maintain standards by liaising with all hotel departments to ensure efficiency and assuring the security of all guests and the hotel & club.

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of reservations, sales, and hotels & private members clubs

Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the hotel and club in the absence of the hotel management during the day
- Promote the effective communication and flow of information within the Front of House team to ensure first-class service and recognition is at the forefront of everything we do
- To be conversant of all room types, rates and promotions
- Assist with implementingand reviewingdepartmental policies and SOPs
- To follow all emergency procedures as per the requirements and guidelines
- Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service, and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
