Job OverviewWe are recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join the Emergency Department. This role is ideal for a motivated, innovative nurse with strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for emergency care. Candidates must be flexible and committed to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients and provide support to relatives.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide care from admission to discharge.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and learners as appropriate.
- Maintain personal professional development with ongoing support.
- Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration.
- Awareness and understanding of current acute health issues.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
