About the Role:
Joining a collaborative Primary Care Team under the leadership of experienced nursing professionals, youll provide exceptional care on-site for a corporate client. Youll manage a varied caseload, run clinics, and deliver clinical supervision to colleagues, all while maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage your clinical workload independently.
  • Work closely with GPs and healthcare teams, referring when needed.
  • Provide treatment for minor injuries and illnesses with appropriate referrals.
  • Deliver care aligned with PGDs (e.g., travel health).
  • Assist in audits, training, and infection prevention compliance.
  • Support patients and colleagues in adopting robust infection control practices.

What Youll Bring:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
  • Experience with PGDs and STIP course (or equivalent inc. Primary Care and General Practice Nurse Training Programs).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A patient-first, can-do attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Knowledge of clinical governance and safeguarding.
