As a Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD), your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality, safe nursing care in compliance with the NMC Code.
- Coordinating care, leading comprehensive nursing assessments, and evaluating person-centred care.
- Supervising junior staff and students, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment and keeping accurate records.
