As a Mental Health Nurse, you will:
- Engage with patients and manage risk effectively
- Promote patient involvement in care and treatment
- Participate in assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care
- Attend daily multidisciplinary handover meetings, ward rounds, and CPA meetings
- Work with a large multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, and healthcare assistants
The ideal Mental Health Nurse candidate will:
- Be a RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC pin
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be motivated and passionate
- Demonstrate skills in engaging with patients and managing risk
