We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse for a Substance Misuse Service in London, this role will involve being the Clinical Lead Nurse across multple services in East London.

As a Lead Nurse, you’ll be the heartbeat of our nursing team, guiding and inspiring the nursing team to achieve excellence. Your leadership, clinical expertise, and creativity will drive positive change, ensuring our services are effective and impactful.

  • Deliver Clinical Excellence: Develop and implement clinical and wellbeing interventions that empower individuals on their recovery journey.
  • Supervision & Support: Provide both clinical and managerial supervision, helping your team reach their full potential.
  • Service Development: Play a key role in enhancing our services, adhering to best practices and professional standards.

Requirements -

  • NMC registered Nurse
  • Experience as a Band 7 / 8 Clinical Lead Nurse managing substance misuse services.
  • DBS registered with the update service
  • Vast experience within Drug and Alcohol Services
  • Available to start work ASAP
