We are looking for a Ward Manager to join a leading mental health hospital in North London. This Ward Manager position comes with an excellent salary of £51,000, excellent CPD training courses, and more excellent benefits.

In this Ward Manager position, you will have a genuine chance to shape the future of a highly regarded mental health hospital. Youll also be part of a highly trained and compassionate team, that has both your personal and professional development at heart.

As Ward Manager, you will:
  • Plan and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment
  • Make sure that the physical healthcare needs of patients are assessed and managed effectively
  • Ensure that all patients have clear and current care plans that reflect their personalised needs and undertake direct patient care where necessary
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the clinical team, promote best practice and continuously encourage the development of the service

The successful applicant will be a registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin. You will have a prior background in a leadership position, along with a willingness to complete further clinical and leadership training. You will also have excellent communication skills, and a real motivation to strive for excellence.
