Job Opportunity: Nursery Assistant (Full-Time, Permanent Role)

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • NNEB Qualification (National Nursery Examination Board) or a Level 2/3 in Childcare/Children and Young People's Workforce Certificate
  • Passion for working with children
  • Strong communication skills with both children and adults
  • Team player
  • Professional, diligent, and dedicated to high standards of care

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key person for a group of children, monitoring and supporting their development
  • Plan and execute engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for all children
  • Adhere to safeguarding procedures and company policies
