Change Business Partner

We are supporting our client, a leading London Market Insurance broker in finding a Change Business Partner. In this role, you will partner with project based teams to ensure that global, transformational projects are delivered in collaborate way while advocating the people aspects of the project to ensure beneficial impacts and the projects future success.

While this role resides within HR department, it is a hybrid role sitting between HR and business change. We are seeking someone what has helped guide global projects within a large matrix organisation from people perspective.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with project teams, attending meetings and understanding key project elements without needing to focus on technical details.
  • Stay forward-thinking and focus on how project activities align with the desired future state.
  • Assess the impact of project optimisation on current and future teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with business unit leaders, project teams, PMO teams, and external providers.
  • Update change management documentation and provide regular progress updates at status meetings.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience in change management, with a focus on multi-territory projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in structuring large-scale projects, including growth, restructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong business partnering skills, with an ability to build trust quickly and be seen as a strategic partner.
  • Agile and adaptable, able to handle unforeseen challenges.
  • Ability to balance strategic goals with project details.
  • Understanding of structural team changes and their people impact.
  • Experience in change management areas such as oversight, governance, culture and engagement, and best practices.
